Calling all book lovers and tool connoisseurs

I have 2 very exciting clients, and both have very interesting collections. The first is a collection of books across genres, including history, literature, mystery, popular culture, and more specialized titles focusing on European and Irish History. The owner of the home was a scholar and worked for NYU. She spent years building her collection, and it is evident. This home is located in Ghent and will be available by appointment only, with appointments on Tuesdays to pursue and purchase books.

The second collection is a wood shop that belonged to a gentleman who made musical instruments and furniture in the Shaker style. The tools are all Delta, in immaculate condition, and he literally owns almost everything, some in multiples. Additionally, there is a collection of lumber he hand-cut and planed, including Hickory, Oak, White Oak, Black Walnut, Pine, and Cherry. This shop is located in Craryville and will be available to shop by appointment on Thursdays.
