Estate Sales
We offer Estate Sales tailored to the client’s needs. We work with the client to identify items to sell, host sales at the client's property, and then determine what to donate or consign that which did not sell.
Estate Sales are marketed online on various estate sale sites, on local social media community boards such as Facebook, Instagram, and Nextdoor. We photograph as many items as we can to include in the online advertising to attract as many buyers as possible.
Not all estate sales are the same, and we can never guarantee the outcome. We do our best to market and promote each estate sale within the community where it is held. When we prep for a sale, we clean any items that need cleaning and make minor repairs to damaged items prior to the sale.
