What to do when there is too much stuff
Recently, I was asked to partner with another estate sale company in the area on an upcoming sale. The reason? Their new client has a house full of stuff, most of which no one wants. This company has been in business for years, and honestly, if they are struggling, then so am I. I regularly reach out to the owners of this company for advice and guidance. They have been my mentors and friends since I started my business. The fact that they are stumped also stumped me a little. So, I asked if I could start using my social media to help them target buyers and promote the sale. They agreed without hesitation. I created hashtags, videos, and photos all aimed at attracting collectors from across the area. This home is filled with china, cut glass, silver plate, glassware, and flatware—all perfect for a big event like a wedding, fundraiser, or dinner party.
